Mother's Day: Afternoon Brunch Inspired Food and Wine Pairing

Location:

Treat mom to a “brunch inspired” food and wine pairing experience. Enjoy four courses paired with  Jones wines. This will be a special meal where we introduce our newest wine Whimsical White, a sparkling white wine. Chef Sherry will explain how each dish was cooked and how it pairs with the wine.

On the Menu:

Whimsical White with Vanilla Scented Fruit Salad and Sweet & Salty Butter Pecan Scones

Pinot Gris 2013 with Crispy Potato Cups with Smoked Salmon and Caper Dill Crème Fraiche

Chardonnay 2013 with Caramelized Onion, Bacon and Spinach Quiche with Roasted Vegetable Hash

Raspberry Rhapsody with Chocolate Espresso Cake with Mascarpone Mousse
