Celebrate CT agriculture with a farm-made dinner highlighting our produce and a film featuring Connecticut growers. Farmer Jones will lead a discussion afterwards.
Menu: CT Cheeses, Fresh Corn Chowder, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Summer Veggies, and Berry Cobbler
This evening of fresh food and film is $40 per person, and includes a glass of wine.
Healthy Kitchen Seminar Series - CLOSED
Join our farm nutritionist and favorite home cook, Jean Crum Jones, for a four-week seminar series on healthy eating. Learn how to transform your kitchen into a more enjoyable, delicious, and nourishing environment. Classes will include a cooking demonstration, discussion, and food tastings.
$175 for the series, includes Michael Pollan's Food Rules textbook and handouts. Classes are NOT offered individually.
