A special culinary nutrition intensive practicum designed for food, nutrition, and health professionals.  In this three-day, hands-on, kitchen-centric workshop, we’ll connect nutrition education and nutrition science with culinary frameworks and hands-on practice.  Taught by three registered dieticians and a chef.

9-12 year olds are invited to become Jones farmers for the day!  Led by a Jones Farm Educator, together we will explore our farm gardens while learning what it takes to grow and harvest some of our favorite vegetables. Each week will focus on a different vegetable family and together we will prepare kid-friendly recipes at the farm kitchen from our harvest. After learning how to prepare their vegetables, each class will end with a “farmer’s market” where students can select some of their harvest to share with their families at home.
