Freezing
Blueberries
are simple to freeze and taste delicious all winter. To freeze,
place berries in freezer bags or cartons. Frozen berries stay
rich in vitamins and flavor for up to two years in your freezer.
They are ready to pour out and use all winter long.
Note:
Dry blueberries won't stick together when frozen and will
pour freely, like marbles. It's best, therefore, not to wash
berries before freezing. If you do, dry them well since wet
berries will freeze in a clump. You can rinse them when you
take them out to use them.
