Philip Jamison Jones

All of the wines are truly handcrafted, with the winemaker and vineyard manager Jamie Jones carefully monitoring the process every step of the way. Coming from a rich farming heritage, Jamie Jones tends to his grapes with much care, knowing that great wines can only come from a great vineyard. 

When he attended Cornell University to study plant science, he became very interested with vineyards and wineries in the Finger Lakes region near the university. After graduating, Jamie planted the beginnings of his vineyard in 1999 to determine which varietals would produce excellent wines. In additional to traditional grape wines, Jamie creates distinctive fruit wines that showcase the wonderful taste and aromas of delicious, sun-ripened berries.
