Created from 100% Pinot Gris grapes from our Pumpkinseed
Hill vineyard, this wine has rich taste typical of Pinot
Gris from the Alsace region of France and Germany.

WHITE
Cayuga White grapes produce a refreshingly crisp
wine with a lightly sweet finish.
FIRST
BLUSH
This pleasingly sweet blush wine has clean finish,
making it a perfect wine for summer gatherings. Created
from a blend of Connecticut apples, pears and black currants,
the wine has a wonderful fruity aroma.

TIME
This apple and pear wine is delicately sweet with
crisp fruit flavors. Enjoy with appetizers, poultry dishes

Our sun-ripened strawberries, harvested from the
farm's famous strawberry fields, create a wonderful dessert

as an aperitif or with desserts. It was a Gold Medal Winner
at the Big E's 2006 Wine Competition.

This full bodied wine, with its robust berry taste,
finishes with a smooth sweetness. Can be paired with luscious
treats, such as dark chocolate. It
was a Gold Medal Winner at the Big E's 2007 Wine Competition.
BLUEBERR
BLISS -
to be released Summer 2008
Made from our farm's delicious blueberries, this
smooth dessert wine pairs very well with cheeses and cheesecake.
In
the Tasting Room, we select for visitors the best six wines
that are the best suited for the season's occasions, meals
and holidays.
