A Hidden Surprise
In its century-old dairy barn, our farm opens a seasonal farmcraft and gift shop, called Holiday Gatherings. The gift shop is full to the rafters for your browsing pleasure. Christmas ornaments, hand crafts, candles, holiday home items, unique herbal crafts and baked goods – all you could possibly need for your holiday gatherings!

We’ve filled our Holiday Gatherings gift shop with romantic décor, clever gifts for the hostess, boss and teacher, and some new delights for your Christmas decorating. We have slightly enlarged the shop to cram in more goodies than ever!

History
Gathering on their family holiday traditions, the Joneses began the Farm Gift shop in 1996 after many years of requests from visitors during the Christmas tree harvesting season. Years ago in the 1950's, Grandma Joan Jones operated a Christmas shop on the Homestead porch, which according to most accounts, was magical. The reopened shop, Holiday Gatherings, is based upon the same philosophy of Grandma Joan: feature handmade items (especially those of the "crafty" Jones family), farm harvest products, vintage oddities, and nostalgic keepsakes just like the Jones family uses and loves. Members of the farm staff make other handcrafted items. The farm produces items made from the bounty of its own gardens. Herbal items and painted furniture, created by Cindy Vitko, are special features.
