Get ready for winter with this mini-series on preserving produce.  Learn the basics of freezing, dehydrating, canning, and jam-making, then learn simple meals you can prepare with ease year-round!

Freezing and Dehydrating - Wednesday, September 22, 6:00-9:00PM
Canning - Wednesday, September 29, 6:00-9:00PM

Online registration is available below. If you prefer to register in person, the Winery Tasting Room is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00AM – 5:00PM.
Class enrollment is limited to 12 people. In order to keep classes small and personal, no groups larger than 4 people can register for a class.
