Freezing and Dehydrating is offered as part of our Extending the Harvest Series. Get ready for winter with this mini-series on preserving produce. Learn the basics of freezing, dehydrating, canning, and jam-making, then learn simple meals you can prepare with ease year-round! Classes are $65 each or $125 for the series and include recipes and an apron.
