strawberry smoothie
Use this basic smoothie recipe to create the perfect drink to cool down with.
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness. For variation, pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
