This fresh fruit salsa is the perfect dish for a summer picnic.
3 cups blueberries
½ small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno chile, grilled (optional)
3 ½ Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ tsp coarse salt
½ cup basil leaves, very thinly sliced
½ cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Place 2 cups of blueberries in a food processor; pulse until coarsley chopped. Move to a seperate bowl and stir in remaining berries and other ingredients.
Serve on top of grilled chicken or fish, or alongside tortilla chips.
