Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

An elegant way to finish any meal.
Ingredients:
1 pint "perfect" strawberries (clean, dry, stems attached)
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks
Directions:
1. Place chocolate in a heat-proof bowl, then place the bowl over a small skillet containing 1/2 inch of water. Over low heat, stir the chocolate until it melts. Be sure not to get water into the chocolate.
2. Stir chocolate until smooth and remove from heat. Holding a strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate until it's 3/4 of the way covered.
3. Place the strawberry on a wax paper-lined tray; refrigerate to harden. Serve within several hours. Makes 15-20 chocolate-dipped strawberries.
