Use frozen berries to make these healthy smoothies year-round.
8 strawberries, hulled and frozen
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust for sweetness and consistency.
For variation, try adding in other fruits or substituting the milk for fruit juice.
