Memorable Meal Class: Americana Cast-Iron Cooking
On this Memorial Day weekend, learn some wonderful techniques and recipes for classic cast-iron cooking. In this hands-on class, everyone works together to prepare a meal to enjoy with a glass of Jones wine around our family table. Limit 12 students.
Menu: Pork & Pinto bean chili with jalapeño corn bread. Potato and parsnip oven fries – classic coleslaw. Rhubarb crisp and homemade strawberry ice cream.
Cost: $80 per student. Includes apron, recipes and meal.

If you wish to use a Gift Certificate, please do not register online. Please email harvestkitchen@jonesfamilyfarms.com with your name, address, gift certificate number and the class you are interested in attending. Once you are registered, you will receive an email confirmation.
Other registration options include registering in person using cash, check or charge at the Jones Winery Tasting Room, April - December, Friday - Sunday, 11 AM - 5 PM. You can also mail a check to Harvest Kitchen, Jones Family Farms, 606 Walnut Tree Hill Road, Shelton, CT 06484. If there is room in the class, you will be mailed a confirmation.
