Use fresh strawberries as the basis for a unique, delicious summer meal!
Menu: Flatbread with Balsamic Strawberry Sauce, Strawberry and Spinach salad, Duck with Strawberry Sauce and Creamy Polenta, Strawberry Shortcake Cookies, and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Splendid Strawberries is offered as one of the Memorable Meals Hands-On Cooking Classes. During each class we'll begin in the garden (weather permitting) and harvest what we need for dinner. We'll work together, as a class and in small groups, to prepare our meal and then gather around the table to enjoy our creations paired with a glass of Jones Wine. Classes are $75 per person and include an apron and recipes.
Online registration is available below. If you prefer to register in person, the Winery Tasting Room is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00AM – 5:00PM.
Class enrollment is limited to 12 people. In order to keep classes small and personal, no groups larger than 4 people can register for a class.
This class is closed due to full enrollment. We will not be accepting additional registrations for this class. Please join us for another cooking class.
