Taste of the Mediterranean
Tour the Mediterranean region: from France and Italy to Turkey and Morocco, all in time for dinner.
Menu: Baba Ghanoush with Baked Pita, Seafood Bouillabaisse, Garden Ratatouille Tart, Lamb Stew with Apricot Almond Couscous, and Poached Pears with Honey and Yogurt
Taste of the Mediterranean is offered as one of the Memorable Meals Hands-On Cooking Classes. During each class we'll begin in the garden (weather permitting) and harvest what we need for dinner. We'll work together, as a class and in small groups, to prepare our meal and then gather around the table to enjoy our creations paired with a glass of Jones Wine. Classes are $75 per person and include an apron and recipes.

With the current system, each participant must be individually registered and paid for separately through Pay Pal.
