Thanksgiving with a Twist
Start a new tradition with these innovative variations on Thanksgiving classics.
Menu: Dry Brine Roasted Turkey with Cider Gravy, Stuffing with Chestnuts and Sausage, Creamier Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Cranberry Sauce, and Cheesecake Pumpkin Pie
Thanksgiving with a Twist is offered as one of the Memorable Meals Hands-On Cooking Classes. During each class we'll begin in the garden (weather permitting) and harvest what we need for dinner. We'll work together, as a class and in small groups, to prepare our meal and then gather around the table to enjoy our creations paired with a glass of Jones Wine. Classes are $75 per person and include an apron and recipes.
Online registration is available below. If you prefer to register in person, the Winery Tasting Room is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00AM – 5:00PM.
Registration Instructions:
With the current system, each participant must be individually registered and paid for separately through Pay Pal. If you are registering for yourself and a guest, please complete the registration and the payment for each person. Also, please note, each participant must be registered under a unique email.
