Our wine educator, Jon Haight, will be back from his March trip to Portugal and will have much to share and show!

Menu will feature:

Chorizo Paella "Cakes" with Saffron Aioli (all the flavors of a paella in a little cake); Roasted Cod with onions, garlic, and olives and topped with Crispy Potatoes (a modern version of Bacakhau a gomes de sa); & Crispy Egg Custard Tartletts (Pasteis de nata)

Enjoy our relaxed and educational evenings where we taste four different wines and eat a pleasant meal, prepared by Farm Chef Sherry Swanson, designed to highlight fresh seasonal farm foods paired with the delicious wines we have selected with our wine educators, Jon Haight and Jean Crum Jones. We delve into the cultural aspects of the wines and foods as well as explore the terminology of flavor.

Once you have successfully registered online, you will receive an email confirmation from Jones Family Farms.  Please remember to hit the Submit Order button.

 

If you wish to use a Gift Certificate, please contact harvestkitchen@jonesfamilyfarms.com with your name, phone number, gift certificate number and the class you are interested in attending.  A member of our Kitchen Team will be in touch to complete your registration. 

 

Other registration options include registering in person using cash, check or charge at the Jones Winery Tasting Room, open seasonally (please check our Winery page for hours).
