Celebrate the joy of Easter by experiencing the beauty of the rising of the sun on Easter morning. For decades, the farm has been the place for this special community experience.
This brief ecumenical service, led by the area's local pastors from several churches, includes music, a Bible reading, and an Easter message from one of the pastors. The service is 10-15 minutes long, and is perfect way to begin your Easter day before your other Easter services and celebrations.
The service will begin promptly at 6:15 am, with the sunrise at 6:23 am.
The service takes place on the hilltop of the Jones Family Farms, at the location of the Winery and Christmas Tree Farm at 606 Walnut Tree Hill Road, Shelton. We recommend you arrive around 6 am to park your car and walk up paved road up the hill.
After the service, we will be serving juice and farm cookies by the winery patio and courtyard.
