The Harvest Kitchen opened in the spring of 2009, with the goal of inspiring people to return to their kitchens and return to the land. We believe that local, seasonal produce is the most delicious, nourishing, and environmentally sustainable food available.
Our working farm provides the perfect setting for learning about fresh food and farmhouse cooking. Our classes are kept small and personal to reflect our love of family-style meals. This year we have expanded our schedule to include more of what you asked for - classes on healthy eating, seafood, international cuisine, and more! Enjoy!
