Our Blueberry Bliss dessert wine is made from 100% Jones Family Farms and American grown blueberries. The process of making this wine is similar to that of making a red wine. The whole berries are fermented for 5-7 days, then cold fermented for 7-9 months. A smooth, sweet, and slightly tart full-bodied, intensely-blueberry dessert wine pairs especially well with a cheese course or cheesecake. This wine can also be reduced down to a syrup to put over vanilla ice cream, apple pie, cheesecake, or chocolate cake.
