Chardonnay is one of the classic European white grapes that we can grow in this region. Our Chardonnay is cold-fermented in stainless steel from 7-9 months and is made from 100% Jones Family Farms estate-grown fruit. It is closer in style to a Sauvignon Blanc. It has a crisp, clean complexity of yellow apple, lemongrass, and citrus. It pairs well with all kinds of seafood and semi-soft cheeses. It pairs perfectly with quiche, salad, and is a perfect brunch wine.
