This dry Riesling is made with 100% Jones Family Farms fruit and is made in the style of Alsace. It is cold fermented in stainless steel for 7-9 months. This aromatic wine has scents of honeycomb and citrus blossom and pairs well with spicy dishes, rich cheeses, and seafood.
