Cabernet Franc VS

Style and Flavor Profile

Great care is taken in making our Cabernet Franc, we hand select the

 best grape clusters.This wine has multiple layers of dense, rich flavor.

Debuting with raspberry, violet and ripe red fruit notes.

Food Pairings

This wine pairs well with steak, pork, and spice flavors. It is also a
go-to for vegetarian dishes.

Steak, pork, turkey & grilled meats
Vegetarian dishes (Grilled Portobello mushrooms)
Camembert & Cato corner – aged Bloomsday, Fontina, & Blue Cheese

Wine Making Process

Fermented on the skins for 3 weeks, the pressed into stainless steel tanks before being barrel aged  for 12 months Hungarian oak
