Style and Flavor Profile

This complex, bold red blend is full-bodied and had the flavors of black
cherry, blackberry  and blueberry with a hint of cocoa.  This wine is juicy
and lush with a dark chocolate

Food Pairings

This wine pairs well with red meats, lamb and pork as well as aged cheeses like gouda, goat, feta and parmesan.

Aged Cheeses like: Cato Corner’s aged Bloomsday or Womanchego

Wine Making Process

Barrel aged 12 months in a mix of French and Hungarian oak
