Harvest Time

Harvest Time is an apple and pear wine made from 100% Connecticut-grown fruit. It's make-up is 50% apples (sourced from Beardsley Cider Mill in Shelton, CT) and 50% pears (sourced from Bishops Orchards in Guilford, CT.) This off-dry wine is treated just like a white wine and is cold-fermented in stainless steel from 7-9 months. With its obvious flavors of apple and pear, it is delicately sweet with a crisp finish and is an exceptional wine for food pairing. It pairs well with all of the harvest foods that we enjoy in the fall and winter months (especially suited for your Thanksgiving table) but is equally-capable in its ability to share the stage with year-round fare, as well. It also mixes well, meaning you can create a diverse menu of tasty wine cocktails and sangrias!
