Merlot

Style and Flavor Profile

This full-bodied dark, garnet colored wine has aromas of cedar, chocolate

and smoky oak.  Silky with ripe flavors of black cherry, blackberry and

mulberry. 

Food Pairings

This wine pairs well with red meats, lamb and pork as well as rich bold cheeses like gouda, camembert, brie, gorgonzola and cheddar.
