Woodlands White

Style and Flavor Profile

The first wine bottled at Jones is a blend of Cayuga White, Vidal and Seyval

Blanc. This off-dry wine is both crisp and slightly sweet on the finish. Its

flavor profile is similar to a Riesling and other off dry white wines.

Food Pairings

This versatile wine and pairs well with a wide variety of foods.

Brie, Camembert, sharp Cheddar and Chèvre goat cheese
Grilled chicken, veal, quiche, ham, shellfish
Spicy foods
Indian and Asian cuisine


Wine Making Process

Cold fermented in Stainless Steel Tanks for 2-3 weeks
Aged in Stainless Steel Tanks for 7 – 9 months
