Dessert Wines

Style and Flavor Profile

One of three dessert wines, Raspberry Rhapsody uses American grown

raspberries to create a sweet wine bursting with concentrated

raspberry flavor.  This 100% fruit wine pairs well with anything

chocolate.

Ricotta, fresh mozzarella

Fermented with skins 5 days

Our blueberry dessert wine is made from 100% blueberries.

A smooth, sweet and slightly tart full-bodied dessert wine.
especially well with a cheese course or cheesecake

Style and Flavor Profile

Early on in the fermentation process our own grape brandy is added.

This halts fermentation, preserves the sweetness and increases alcohol

 content to 18%. The addition of brandy is what makes this a fortified wine.

Made in traditional Porto method, barrel aged 2 years
