Our estate Cabernet Franc blend. A flavorful, medium-full bodied red wine with bold notes of dark fruit, spice and earthiness. This Cabernet Franc vintage is blended from both oak aged and stainless steel-aged grapes. A versatile wine, it pairs well with roasted and grilled meats such as beef, lamb, and chicken. Estate grown in our CT vineyard.
Full-bodied red wine made from California grapes. This red has intense berry flavors and a rich texture. Made in the classic Bordeaux style, this smooth red wine pairs well with hearty dishes, such as roast lamb, grilled steak and flavorful cheeses.
Dry, medium-bodied red wine. This year's blend is a departure from previous vintages. An eclectic mix of both California and estate-grown varieties, this red is a well-balanced fruit forward winner. Pair this versatile red wine with your favorite hearty tomato or olive oil-based pasta dish, a juicy steak, roast duck, or a nutty Manchego cheese. 100% stainless steel aged.
Our semi-sweet Beacon Light 8 is a wonderful blend of our estate red grapes. It can also make a wonderful sangria and mulled wine. CT grown.
