Style and Flavor Profile
An estate grown wine, our Pinot Gris (pea noh gree) is bright and crisp with
aromas of light citrus and peach, flavors of citrus and melon. Our climate
is similar to ones in northern France and Germany; this wine is made similar
to Alsatian style wines.
Food Pairings
What grows together goes together and this wine is a perfect example and pairs beautifully with CT seafood.

• Whole cluster pressed, an alternative to crushing and then pressing the fruit.

Style and Flavor Profile
The first wine bottled at Jones is a blend of Cayuga White, Vidal and Seyval Blanc. This off-dry wine is both crisp and slightly sweet on the finish. Its flavor profile is similar to a Riesling and other off dry white wines.

Style and Flavor Profile
Our Sunshine White is the perfect summer sipping wine! Fruit forward, with scents of green apple and lilac are the result of a unique, proprietary blend of four grapes from our vineyards. This delicately sweet, easy-drinking white wine has flavors of honeydew, pineapple and candied citrus. Serve chilled.

Rosé Wines
Style and Flavor Profile
This dry Rosé is floral on the nose with notes of violets and rose petals, very delicate. On the palate, this wine is full of red plums, cherries, and dried herbs. Crushed Cabernet Franc grapes spend five hours on the skins. This contributes to the lovely color and subtle flavors of spice. After the skin contact, the juice is extracted by pressing the crushed grapes. That juice is then cold fermented.

Red Wines
Style and Flavor Profile
This full-bodied dark, garnet colored wine has aromas of cedar, chocolate and smoky oak. Silky with ripe flavors of black cherry, blackberry and mulberry.
Food Pairings
This wine pairs well with red meats, lamb and pork as well as rich bold cheeses like gouda, camembert, brie, gorgonzola and cheddar.

Wine Making Process
Barrel aged 10-12 months in French Oak.
Style and Flavor Profile
This ruby-red wine has smooth flavors of black cherry, roasted tomato and black currant, medium bodied. Made from California grapes.

Wine Making Process
A blend of stainless steel and oak barrel aging (12 months)
Style and Flavor Profile
This sweet red wine is made with a blend of 7 or more different varietals. A refreshing, juicy, dark red wine; that is full of berry flavor with hints of spice. Serve chilled or at room temp.

This full-bodied red blend is ripe, jammy and has flavors of raspberry, plum and red cherries. This wine has a long, toasted oak finish.

This complex, bold red blend is full-bodied and had the flavors of black cherry, blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cocoa. This wine is juicy and lush with a dark chocolate finish.

Style and Flavor Profile
Great care is taken in making our Cabernet Franc, we hand select the best grape clusters. This wine has multiple layers of dense, rich flavor. Debuting with raspberry, violet and ripe red fruit notes.

This wine pairs well with steak, pork, and spice flavors. It is also a go-to for vegetarian dishes.

Wine Making Process
Fermented on the skins for 3 weeks, the pressed into stainless steel tanks before being barrel aged for 12 months Hungarian oak.
Style and Flavor Profile
A light to medium bodied red wine. Delicately displaying raspberry, vanilla, toasted oak, and violet notes, later complimented by intriguing depth and structure. It can be served slightly chilled.

What really distinguishes this wine, is that the fruit is grown in an exceptionally cool climate at Lahoma Vineyards, located on the southwest side of Seneca Lake in Upstate NY. This is the perfect summertime red wine!
Fruit Wines

A sparkling, strawberry wine made from our Jones Family Farms strawberries, blended with white wine.
This wine combines the sweet aroma of strawberries with incorporated bubbles.

• Jones Strawberries harvested in June
• Whole Strawberries are fermented for 3-5 days

It is a blend of apple, pear and black currant wine. This is a moderately sweet blush wine. Serve chilled

Dessert Wines
Style and Flavor Profile
One of three dessert wines, Raspberry Rhapsody uses American grown raspberries to create a sweet wine bursting with concentrated raspberry flavor. This 100% fruit wine pairs well with anything chocolate.

Our blueberry dessert wine is made from 100% blueberries. A smooth, sweet and slightly tart full-bodied dessert wine.

Style and Flavor Profile
Early on in the fermentation process our own grape brandy is added. This halts fermentation, preserves the sweetness and increases alcohol content to 18%. The addition of brandy is what makes this a fortified wine.
